Refractory materials and structural design: Its shell is made of refractory materials (such as steel plates, aluminum alloys, etc.), which have good fire resistance and mechanical strength. Some advanced designs adopt a double-layer hollow structure shell and effectively prevent high-temperature gases or open flames from directly entering the interior of the busbar through a sealed hollow. The surface of the shell is usually treated with galvanizing and sprayed with fireproof coating. When exposed to fire, the coating can quickly expand to form a dense carbonized insulation layer, sealing all gaps and preventing high temperatures from directly entering the interior of the busbar.

1. Using inorganic insulation materials (such as mica tape, mineral insulation, etc.) and fireproof coating treatment, the circuit integrity can be maintained at a high temperature of 950 ℃ and pass a 1.5-hour combustion test. ‌
