Product Description:

Bus duct is a closed distribution device composed of copper or aluminum conductive bars, insulation materials, metal shells, and accessories. Its core function is to replace traditional cables and achieve efficient distribution of high current electrical energy. Its structure includes the following key parts:

1. Conductive busbar: made of copper or aluminum material, responsible for current transmission function, with a current capacity range covering 250A to 6300A, suitable for three-phase four wire and three-phase five wire power supply and distribution systems.

2. Insulation layer: a polymer material (such as polyester film, epoxy resin) that wraps the conductive strip to prevent phase to phase short circuits and ensure electrical safety.

3. Metal shell: usually made of steel plate or aluminum alloy material, providing mechanical protection, electromagnetic shielding, and heat dissipation functions. Some shell designs (such as tile grooves) can enhance structural strength.
